Interpretive kayak tour at Rocky Bayou State Park June 17

Meet the local wildlife and enjoy the scenic views of the bayou on an interpretive guided tour with park staff and friends at Rocky Bayou State Park on June 17 from 9 – 11 a.m.

Kayaks, life vests and paddles will be provided for a fee of $25 for single kayaks and $40 for tandem kayaks. Bring your own kayak and join in on the fun for only $5! This beginner-level tour will last 2 hours and is open to anyone 10 or older. Children 10 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is required. Registrants must arrive 10 minutes early and meet at the kayak area, which is located in the day use area. No paddle boards or pets will be allowed. Bring some sunscreen and a hat and soak up the Florida sun while experiencing the great outdoors as you learn about park history, nature, and wildlife.
