Interpretive kayak tour at Rocky Bayou State Park Aug. 11

Meet the local wildlife and enjoy the scenic views of the bayou on an interpretive guided tour with Friends of Emerald Coast State Parks at Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou State Park on Aug. 11, 2023 from 9 – 11 a.m. This beginner-level tour will last 2 hours and is open to anyone 10 or older. Children 10 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Pre-registration is required. Paddle through the scenic and historic views of Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou State Park during the tour.

Bring your own kayak or use one of the parks. Fee of $15 if you bring your own, $25 for single kayaks and $35 for tandem kayaks.

Pre-registration is required. All registrants must fill out and sign a waiver prior to the tour. Kayaks, life vests, whistles, and paddles will be provided for all registrants. All participants must be 10 years age or older. Children between 10 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult

Please be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the tour beginning

WHAT TO BRING
Wear clothes you don’t mind getting wet and closed toed shoes. Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray and a water bottle
