Take a bird walk through Niceville and Valparaiso shorelines Saturday, January 22, 2022. Join Walt Spence with Choctawhatchee Audubon Society to hear about some local history while birding along the shorelines in Valparaiso and Niceville.
Dress for windy weather, with long pants, closed-toed shoes and a hat. Bring a friend and join in with your binoculars, scopes, and/or cameras. Meeting at 7:30 a.m. in front of the Skippers Furniture and Mattress in the Bayou Plaza of Niceville, across from the intersection of John Sims Parkway (Hwy. 20) and Government Ave. (Hwy. 85).
