Citrus and fruit tree lecture in Grayton Beach Oct. 4

September 25, 2023

Local man, Calvin (Cal Fin) Chester advocates growing food producing plants anywhere there’s soil.  If it’s conveniently located, even better! He will be giving a program on growing citrus and fruit trees suited for Northwest Florida on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. – noon at the UF/IFAS – Walton Extension Coastal Branch.  The location is 70 Logan Lane in Grayton Beach.  He will tell us about some of his projects which include Trader.Dog – a Digital Farmer’s Market.  He is a very lively and informed presenter.

This event is free and open to the public.  Light refreshments will be served.  However, reservations are required.  You may reserve your seat by emailing waltonctymg@gmail.com .  Please indicate whether you will attend in-person or via zoom.  For more information call 850-892-8172.
