Winter garden preparation seminar in Grayton Beach Dec. 6

November 20, 2023

Cool weather has arrived, and we want to get outside and work in the garden. But maybe we don’t know what needs to be done right now. Join the Walton County Master Gardener volunteers when one of their own, Lisa Emmons, will give us pointers on timely tasks. Should you prune back plants, protect them from cold snaps, or plant winter hardy annuals?

This edition of their lecture series will be held at 10:00 am – noon on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at the UF/IFAS Walton Extension, Coastal Branch. It is located at 70 Logan Lane in Grayton Beach.

This program is free and open to the public; however, reservations are required. Save your place by emailing waltonctymg@gmail.com and indicate whether you will attend in-person or via ZOOM. For further information call 850-892-8172.

Light refreshments will be served, and Master Gardener volunteers will be on hand to take your gardening questions and help with soil samples.
