Walton County fishing and hunting report for Apr. 14

Fishing is fantastic! Get out there!

Surf/Gulf: Plenty of pompano being caught with shrimp. A good bit of cobia being caught even in the surf!

Bay: Smaller speckled trout being caught in large numbers. Plenty of redfish and sheepshead.

River:  Plenty of crappie, shellcracker caught on earth worms, bluegill hitting popping bugs.

Danny Copeland wants to remind folks that the resident shoreline license is free. Come on by!
