Touch-A-Truck allows children and their parents an opportunity to see, touch and learn about a wide variety of vehicles and how they service our community. The event will take place at Destin Commons in the parking lot on the west side of Bass Pro Shop. The event will be from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. There will be a horn free hour from 10-11am for children with special needs or sensitive hearing.
Entry for the event is $2/person or $5/family at the gate. All proceeds go towards The Junior League of the Emerald Coast to help support various projects such as Child Clothing Project.
This year a limited number of birthday parties including food, decorations and a VIP experience with the trucks can be ordered for up to 10 children for $200. Additional children may be added to the party for a fee. Email funds.development@jlec.org to register a birthday party and receive additional information.
