Panama City Beach Parks Department is hosting a Monarch Butterfly Tagging Festival at Conservation Park on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 12 Noon – 2 p.m. The festival is a citizen science project where the public can get hands on experience with tagging and tracking their own butterflies.
