Join the Walton County Sheriff’s Office and Walton County Recreation for Art In The Park’s SK8 To CRE8 on Saturday, December 9 from 2 – 5 p.m. The event is to benefit the skatepark at Helen McCall Park at 325 Moll Dr. in Santa Rosa Beach.
This free family-friendly event will feature a skate competition with prizes, live music, interactive art activities, food, raffles, and a silent auction of custom skateboards painted by local artists including Allison Wickey, Andy Saczynski, Bradley Copeland, Chandler Williams, Garrett Spencer, Justin Gaffrey, Katherine Boggs, Lindsay Tobias, Maxine Orange, Morgan Summers, Nicolaus Seegal and Wes Hinds.
During the event, they will unveil a new graffiti wall thanks to the generous support of Alex Najera Masonry, Bayou Concrete, Builder FirstSource, Huff Homes and Nichols Concrete.
