Join Topsail Hill Preserve State Park for a Sea Turtle Baby Shower on August 18, 2018 from 4:30 – 7:30p.m. Through games, activities and interactive displays event attendees will learn about sea turtles, sea turtle hatching season and all the animals that share the Gulf with them. They will also be celebrating the 20th anniversary of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park being a Florida State Park. To add to the celebration, the first 250 event attendees will receive cupcakes as well as a free scoop of frozen custard from the Culver’s in Miramar Beach, Florida.
The agencies and organizations participating will have a “baby registry” or wish list of small and large items people can purchase and gift them to help further their mission. Some of the baby registries will also have things people can do to help sea turtles and other marine animals like keeping the beach #CleanDarkFlat or skipping the straw. Please know that there will not be any live sea turtles at this event.
Regular day-use admission fees are waived for public entrance to Topsail Hill Preserve State Park through September 3, 2018.
