The Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Recreation and Parks, announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. (Central Time) at Northwest Florida State College, South Walton Center, Rooms 119-120, 109 Greenway Trail, Santa Rosa Beach, Florida 32459
All members of the public will have the opportunity to state recommendations and exchange information regarding beach access in Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Speaking time is limited to three minutes. For individuals desiring to give formal presentations, please RSVP to Daniel Alsentzer, (850) 245-3073 or daniel.alsentzer@floridadep.gov.
Oral and written comments will be taken at the public meeting. Participants and other interested parties will also be able to submit additional written comments to the Division of Recreation and Parks, Office of Park Planning at FLStateParkPlanning@floridadep.gov. For optimal consideration, please submit written comments by December 19, 2018. Please send any written comments regarding beach access in the park by December 19, 2018. Comment forms are available online at https://floridadep.gov/parks/public-participation and will be available during the meeting.
