Step back in time to the days of the early settlers during Pioneer Day at Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou State Park on Nov. 9, 2019 from 10 a.m. – 3p.m.
Demonstrators will all be in time-period dress, there will also be a restored chuck wagon on site, cooking griddle cakes by the fire, music, storytelling, candle dipping, making rag dolls, pioneer survival skills and so much more.
The event is FREE and open to the public with paid admission to the park. (Regular Florida State Park fees apply:
•$5 per vehicle. Limit 8 people per vehicle.
• $4 Single occupant vehicle.
• $2 Pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers, passengers in vehicle with holder of Annual Individual Entrance Pass.
