Join the Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou State Park staff and volunteers on Saturday November 12th, 2016 for their annual Pioneer Day festival sponsored by The Friends of the Emerald Coasts State Parks. Family activities will include candle-dipping, rag doll making, butter churning, shingle making and campfire cooking demonstration. Displays will also include early folk toys, and a 19th century chuck wagon. The Pioneer Day festival will begin at 10:00am and last until 3:00pm weather permitting.
