Come on out Saturday evening, Feb. 9 at 7 p.m. to Ponce de Leon Springs State Park for a nocturnal stroll. If you joined the Park Ranger for the New Years Day hike you’ll be familiar with the trail in the daylight, but come back to get a different perspective during their first ever night hike.
Meet at the trail head on LD Anderson Rd. Entrance fee is $4, and use the the honor drop box so bring cash. A flashlight or headlamp is recommended.
If coming by interstate, take exit 86 and go south on highway 81 about 3/4 of a mile. LD Anderson Road will be on the left, at the Holmes/Walton county line.
