DeFuniak Springs Business and Professional Association is hosting a 4th of July celebration at 4 p.m. around Circle Drive at the Lakeyard. Cash prizes and awards or best floats. To enter call Carolyn Mora at 850-892-3950 or 850-974-6774. The celebration of freedom will continue at 5 p.m. with ceremony and live music be Laura Lane performing in the Lakeyard Amphitheater. Food trucks will offer a variety of goodies along Baldwin Ave. Fireworks will follow at dark.
Freeport
This 4th of July the city of Freeport have their 4th of July parade, live entertainment, a free picnic provided by the City, and fireworks at dark. Parade starts at 4 p.m. at Freeport Middle School, travels past City Hall, then down Hwy. 83A to The Freeport Regional Sports Complex. Go to City Hall for application if you wish to participate in the parade.
South Walton
Seaside – In lieu of a parade along 30A this year, SEASIDE is hosting a day of patriotic activities in Central Square. An all-day block party (think of it as a reverse parade) with Merchants storefronts donned in patriotic decor and second-line-style patriotic music performances around town throughout the day, with a special performance by the Rep Theatre. All of this will culminate into what will be the largest fireworks shows not only in Seaside but along the entire Gulf Coast. We hope to celebrate with you!
Grayton Beach parade – 8 a.m.Come join in the fun for the annual July 4th parade in the wonderful and funky town of Grayton Beach. Line up on Hotz Avenue next to The Red Bar starting at 8 a.m. with the parade starting at 8:30 a.m. Decorate your cars, jeeps, boats, bikes, scooters, etc. No registration needed and everyone is welcome! After the parade meet up at Grayton Coast Properties for popsicles, watermelon and lemonade.
Baytowne Wharf fun and fireworks 7 – 9:15 p.m.
The Village of Baytowne Wharf is hosting their Red, White, and Baytowne celebration! Enjoy live music from Donovan Keith on the events plaza stage from 7 – 9:15 pm, followed by a fireworks display that will light up the night sky at 9:15pm. Sesaside Pops Concert and fireworks

Seaside, FL is proud to welcome the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra to the Amphitheater stage for a Fourth of July pops concert under the stars! Enjoy some of your favorite patriotic songs, along with familiar melodies from some of the biggest films in history. The lawn fills up quickly, so bring your blankets out early to secure your spot.
