Southern Lea Farm, Chipley, Florida
Southern Lea Farm is located just north of Vernon on Bonnett Pond Road in Chipley. The sprawling 42-acre farm is gently set in a landscape of green rolling hills. The barn setting offers 3,600 square ft. of interior, along with a 1,600 sq. ft. outdoor dance area.
Your host Christa Munson will accommodate most any request to customize your event. The accommodations offer an air-conditioned bridal suite for the wedding party preparations. The venue offers three bathrooms as well inside the barn area.
The Southern Lea outdoor setting also offers nestled garden areas along with a stocked pond for family-oriented fun.

Live Oak Plantation, Vernon, Florida
Located on 120 acres, Live Oak Plantation offers a large outdoor area. A driveway lined with giant oaks, and a beautiful green pasture, the setting is true county style. The facility offers a climate-controlled area with seating for up to 90 people with 1,900 sq. ft. Live Oak also boasts bridal and groom changing rooms along with a full kitchen on site and restrooms.
