The City of Freeport is hosting their annual Christmas Parade Friday, Dec. 4 at 5:00 p.m. Line-up for the parade begins at 4:00 p.m. at Freeport Middle School. Any club, organization or individual that would like to participate in the parade should contact Mary Neal at 850-974-7772.
The annual Christmas Tree Lighting will take place in front of City Hall following the end of the parade. Among those performing are Discovery Time Daycare; Freeport Elementary School’s 4th Grade Show Choir, the Sophisticates; Première Performers and The Port. Freeport’s royalty will do the honors of lighting the tree which will signal the arrival of the guest of honor, Santa Claus!
