Enjoy organic wine and live music
Walk, bike, or ride to Gulf Place to enjoy an evening of green celebration Saturday, April 17th from 3 – 6 p.m., as the merchants of Gulf Place are celebrating Earth Day.
Come, relax and indulge your senses with a free organic beer and wine tasting from Tree of Life, one of the area’s only distributors of these carefully crafted spirits.
Listen to the sweet melodies of a local favorite, Kelsey Johnson and her newly – formed band, The Ragwoods. They will soothe your soul with their folksy blues rhythm and laid back style.
Let the music follow you over to the artists colony and view the green art of local resident – artist Robin Cannon, and Kris Meigs. Robin uses 100% recycled glass to create her colorful mosaics and she recycles wood and metals in her unique creations. Kris incorporates recycled paper for paper mache and twigs gleaned directly from nature. Next, stroll down the sidewalk to Angel’s cosmetics and receive free samples of some of the purest organic skin care products available. Finally, cruise by Soho and check out their organic T-shirt line as well as American designed and sewn boutique clothing.
Gulf Place is located on the corner of CR393 and Scenic Hwy. 30A ::MAP::
