Mardi Gras Paw Parade at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park Feb. 18

The Friends of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park are hosting a fundraising family friendly paw parade on Saturday, Feb. 18 from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. The parade will begin and end at the clubhouse with a half-mile route through the campground.
