The DeFuniak Springs Business and Professional Association is gearing up for fun this Labor Day. The 24th annual celebration includes a parade, rocking entertainment, children’s activities, fireworks and more. Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge comes to Henderson Beach State Park Aug. 15

Time:  11:30 a.m. – Noon The Department of Environmental Protection’s Henderson Beach State Park will host the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge staff and their animal ambassadors at the park on Aug. 15. Alys Beach 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run Sept. 1

Join in on the Alys Beach 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013 in Alys Beach. Located along Hwy 30A, the course winds through the town of Alys Beach.
