Camp Helen State Park is offering a movie, food, and fun with a family-oriented movie, environmental interpretive program, and old-fashioned campfire cookout. Morrison Springs now safe for swimming

Water now safe for swimming, diving Effective immediately, the Florida Department of Health in Walton County is rescinding the April 29, 2014 swim advisory for the Morrison Springs bathing place. DOH Walton feels that water quality in this area has improved considerably due to the reduction in bacteria levels. Rags to Riches Regatta slated for July 5

The Rags to Riches Regatta is set for Sat., July 5, 2014. The race brings together Hobie 16 sailing enthusiasts in honor of Independence Day in a time honored tradition.
