Bluewater Bay Marina hosts cardboard boat races Sept. 21

Bluewater Bay Marina is hosting its Annual Cardboard Boat Race on Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014.  Registration begins at 3 pm.  Races begin at 4 pm.
