At its July meeting, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) approved new management regions and regulation changes for redfish in state waters following the final rule hearing. The 2022 recreational bay scallop season has been announced. Fenholloway River through the Suwannee River opens June 15 and will remain open through Labor Day (Sept. 5).
