South Walton lifeguard tower stolen

The South Walton Fire District (SWFD) filed a report of a stolen lifeguard tower with the Walton County Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) on May 23, 2012. When SWFD lifeguards reported to their post for duty at Ed Walline Beach Access they discovered the lifeguard tower was missing. Transit of Venus and evening star gaze at Henderson Beach State Park June 5

Join in on an evening of planet and stargazing Time: 5 – 10 p.m. Henderson Beach State Park will host a once-in-a-lifetime event, the transit of Venus.
