Another great tournament in the books for Old Nick’s Redfish Round Up

May 5, 2018

Weight in time at the Redfish tournament.

Great weather brought in 50 teams of anglers competing for big prize money at the 13th Annual Old Nick’s Redfish Round Up on May 5.

A huge crowd showed up for the weigh in at Nick’s Seafood Restaurant on Basin Bayou in Freeport. In addition to the competition, live music, and a kid’s mullet toss rounded out the day. A portion of the proceeds benefitted Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance. All redfish were brought in live and released back into the Choctawhatchee Bay after weigh in.

Some beautiful redfish bulls weighed in at Nick’s Annual Redfish Roundup.
