Little canine looking for new home

They say that good things come in small packages, and that is certainly true for this darling dog. A Pug/Chihuahua mix, Samantha was found wandering on a major highway. Luckily for her, a good Samaritan came to her rescue and brought her to Alaqua Animal Refuge.

She’s making lots of new friends at the peaceful sanctuary. Her needs are few — a special someone and a loving forever home. Samantha is more than ready to meet you, so please drop by soon. Alaqua Animal Refuge animals welcome all visitors Tuesday through Sunday from 12 Noon until 5 p.m.
