The Annual Farm Tour is an exciting project for the Millstone Institute of Preservation. It’s not only creating the weekend event, but it’s catching up with our local producers and growers! It’s a few minutes to spend with friends—see what they’ve added, they’ve stopped, they are dreaming about.

For the tour, they reached out to farmers/growers/ranchers that work at utilizing Best Practices as a principal philosophy.
Best Practices include: Soil testing/nutrient management—pest management—water management—regenerative agriculture—conservation practices 7 environmental stewardship—wildlife habitats—waste reduction—humane animal practices—education & community engagement.
