Win a CHELCO power bill credit!

Get out your cameras and start taking pictures that showcase your local community. CHELCO News is holding its first ever photo contest, and you can win a bill credit for your winning entry.

The categories are:
Nature (animals or floral)
Architecture (buildings, old houses, barns)
Landscape (sunsets, sunrises, water, trees)
Human Interest (people working, playing)

Each category will be awarded first, second and third places. The first place winners will receive a $25 power bill credit, the second place winners will receive a $15 power bill credit and the third place winners will receive a $10 power bill credit.

In addition, the first place photos will be published in CHELCO News, and the remaining winners’ names will be listed in the magazine.

The deadline for entries is July 6.

Photos may be submitted electronically to communications@chelco.com or prints may be mailed to CHELCO Photo Contest, P.O. Box 512, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435. They may also be dropped off at any of CHELCO’s six area offices.

Remember to put your name, address and phone number on each entry. Also, please give your photo an identifying name, for instance “Sunset over Choctawhatchee Bay.”
