Walton County fishing report for April 18

Fishing is great! Choctawhatchee Bay: Folks are catching a good mix of everything in the Bay. Good bite on big redfish along with trout either big or small, nowhere in between. Also some flounder being gigged. Creeks/river: Shad has been spawning on the river. Folks casting a net for the shad bait and reeling in the bass.
